WARRANTY
If you need to submit a warranty claim for a product, please take pictures of the affected product/damage/defect and email them to us. We will work with the manufacturer to get the issue resolved.
REFUND POLICY
Only regular priced items may be returned for refund. Unfortunately, sale items are final purchase and cannot be refunded.
Follow the directions below and once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days. There is processing time before a refund is posted, so please be patient.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To return an item, locate your Invoice Number and contact us by email and we will generally respond or contact you back within 48 hours. We can only accept returns on items if they are defective or damaged.
- We only accept returns within 30 days of your purchase
- Returnable items must be unused and in the original packaging
- All returns must be approved before the return shipment can be accepted
- Customers to pay return shipping charges to get item back to us
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, the cost to re-ship will be deducted from your credit
- Gift cards are non-returnable
Call us during store hours Monday through Saturday 7am-7pm and a representative will be happy to help you. Depending on where you live, the time to receive your exchanged product to reach you may vary. When shipping back an item over $75, please use a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance to guarantee your shipment of the returned item.
